Here's a gist of the happenings in December 11'. (:

13 of us landed in Riverview Hotel on New Year's eve for the countdown. Pretty room! It was a crazy night and one of the best night in 2011. (:

This was on Christmas Day. Love such long weekends. There should be more of such holidays! And below's on Christmas Eve. Had shabu shabu in Cine, hit a friend's place and rounding to Seletar. Great night too! (:

Had christmas gift exchange with the girls. Enjoy such gatherings with them! (:

Celebrated SYK's 22nd, he pop us surprise christmas gifts. Py too! So much love! hees

Alvin and Chipmunks so cute! Just nice bff's baby wore red and I wore green. LOL chipmunk fellas.

2011 has been a good year for me, a memorable one. There were many episodes in the year worth remembering. Worst month of the year? April and August. But those terrible, suffocating days were over and am glad to overcome them! It was a year with greater perspective of life, and a year of discovering more of oneself and of others. Met many new friends throughout the year, long or short term. Every year, people come and go in my life. Rapidly. Though it's not something I like, it just happen and it's just reality! 2011 had extremely high human traffic of people entering and leaving my life. Got to keep moving and getting used to it, though I really wish people will stay and know that I am right where I am, and will be there to feel happy maintaining the relationships.

Oh and 2011 is the year I watched the most movies out of so many years in my life. And pretty good movies I really like like What's Your Number, Mission Impossible 4, Real Steel, Transformer, Just Go With It, Source Code, Something Borrowed, Kung Fu Panda, The Hangover, X-men First Class, Friends With Benefits, You Are The Apple Of My Eye, The Smurfs, and Johnny English Reborn.

Well, am embracing 2012 with new resolutions, new changes and new experiences in a brand new year.

Some resolutions I have (the list can go on..):

1. Jog at least once a month (I will want to say once per week but I am afraid I won't keep up to it hahaha)

2. Maintain or improve grades for last semester in college

3. Rid the acnes on my face in a month's time

4. Save for graduation trip to TAIWAN (at least)

And wish that I can get a good job after graduation. (: May all the best things in life fall on us all!

I painted my nails in this pink glitter shade from THE MUPPETS COLLECTION and was asked to chose a base colour for easy remover next time. & I love this colour perfectly, and it is suitable for Christmas too! Really like THE MUPPET COLLECTION and I'm going to try Rainbow Connection (7th bottle from image below) the next time. I want to watch The Muppets when it's showing in the cinema too! HAHA

Why do I feel that my holidays is going to end soon. Holidays always pass really fast and arghhh help, I haven't done what I ought to do. No mood no mood.

And I was thinking of going on a graduation trip next year after I completed my last semester in April. Provided I can afford. Where should I go? Korea? Japan? Hong Kong, probably Disney Land? Rome, London, Brisbane, Washington? Just throwing in places that comes to my mind. Else Taiwan will be good too. Really, where should I go? :D Join me for my grad trip! I had this idea of travelling alone as well, it's insane I know. Still, we got to wait till next year to see if my grad trip will come true or not. lols.

Yesterday was the last day for some of my kids in school. Gave the last hug and kiss to them and I kind of miss them.

How they stick to me whenever I go to their class, the way they try means and ways to sit beside me and stay close to me, and pout and refuse to move away when I ask them not to lean or stick to me, how they so much wanted to hold my hand during outdoor time but I won't always hold them cos everyone will want too, the way they talk non-stop to me, how they look at me and then smile when I caught their stare, the way they leave stickers in my bag and asks me to look at them, paste stickers on my water bottle, gave me drawings, sweets and handmade rings, how they shout my name and tell the whole class I am here when I just arrived in school in the morning, the way they play with my hair, how they wave to me when they walk pass me, the way they ask me if I will be staying in their class and if I will be teaching them, and their noise even though it gets too much sometimes.

I couldn't give them all of my time as much as I wish I could. They made a mark in my life which will not be forgotten, and I hope I made a difference in them too.

Not sure if they will remember me, but hopefully while walking along some street I will see them and they will say hi miss chua! It'll make my day and I will be more than happy! hees. Just cos' they were the first class I took when I started as a teacher, it leaves so much memories and strong attachment with them. They are going to see the greater world, to experience so much more and continue to grow. From the bottom of my heart, I wish all my beloved children all the best to Primary school life and beyond. Stay strong and stand up when you fall, be a better person and most importantly, a happy and healthy one. I believe in all of you, and Miss Chua always love you, all of you. I really do.

Am trying Fancl Tense Up hopefully it works wonder since they have a promotion now till the stock finishes and it won't be back anymore. It's still pricey though. ): Well, I read lots of review and they were quite positive, only two out of the many says they see no change. I used to be able to look at Fancl and not use their products but now I'm actually patronizing them. Quite glad but it's making my pocket really tight. sigh*

Celebrated peanutmama's birthday at Paradise Dynasty few weeks ago. The food is superb, nice ambience, price was okay too. The xiaolongbaos are the ones I look forward to most! I wish I can have a whole lot of it. :D Will go back for meals again! UP!

This year's birthday were rather simple, and that's what I wanted. Mum prepared mee sua and ang pow for us every year on our birthdays, without fail. (: And it's really nice. On the ang pow she wrote all the wishes and then "Don't go out everyday." I was like lol when I saw that hahaha.

& I had Bakerzin's cake too! I wanted to try it all along and happy to have it this year, so thanks for the great thought peanutmama. It's awesome!

Here's one of the birthday pressies, and this is from HL. It's a special gift. Thanks too.

The loves brought me to Sembawang for White Bee Hoon tze char and got me the perfume I wanted to get! (They ask me what I wanted so I told them HAHA) so I got Coach poppylove perfume yay! teehees. It's a new frangrance launched in States just a few months ago and not yet in Singapore, but I guess it's here now cos somehow they got it.

My drama mama sisters acted a scene of internal quarrel to trick me. Lols, hard work you girls. Thanks too! (:

& I love this planner Poh and Jasonbro got for me. I was thinking of getting one at the end of the year but I have it now and it's pretty! (: Thanks much. Great dinner at Empire State too. Nice food there!

Life mould me to lead myself to where I should go because of what has been through. Sometimes I wish I can let my heart lead me but it only lead me to imagine I would be left broken. Once bitten twice shy. What's more, reality is harsh. I don't have that kind of lucky life others have. But it's contradicting though. Well, I guess it's really the irony of life. (: Anyway, be contented.

Finally got to celebrate axf's 22nd birthday! Cupcakes from Centrepoint's Designer Bakes. It's super cute, topped with buttock and breast deco! hahaha.. It's really sweet though.

On a lighter note, I slide down the slide for the first time during outdoors with the children today and their eyes literally sparkle. Like it's amazing a teacher actually play with the slide. HAHA but I just want to try to be fun with them and playful that moment. & while I was on the slide, some children were actually asking where am I. haha so much joy. And I hug them through the monkey bars several times. They enjoy it so I won't complain as long as they feel happy! (: Their happiness is mine too. hees.

Hi, I'm back with more post about food. I hope it turns you on and not off! geez.

How can I forget about having this buffet seriously. Minori @ UE Square for some Japanese food. (: It's a treat! So happy! haha. $30 over per pax, the food is not bad. I simply love chawanmushi like forever. :D I wish I enjoy shashimi like others but sadly I don't.

& I had dinner at MOF affliliated restaurant with their really yummy grilled chicken bake rice (love the oozing cheese and their fantastically marinated grilled chicken), plus a pizza which makes us all bloated. (:

Before that, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS! Haven't got her any present but will get it soon I hope! ;)

When I say food fest, I really mean it. Too much it's making me feel that 'm going to be FAT. LOL. But I can't resist those temptations. Eating is joy! So here we are, buffeting in Carousel @ Royal Plaza on Scotts like finally. Been wanting to buffet here for the longest time. It's pricey. $400 over for 7pax. But the food is good!

Great variety, seafood (too bad I don't fancy these cos they are raw, but sad cos' they don't have the scallop I like), indian food (love their prata and rice), dim sum (siew mai and har gor I like!), chicken rice (nice!), laksa (soo good!), pasta (they cook it live!), soups (already missing the crab bisque), many other cooked food, bread and cheese section, large selection of desserts (they have awesome new york cheesecake, craving for it right now), ice creams (super nice!), fondue (my love! and know what!? They have white chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate to chose from! Best dipped with marshmallows, aww...) and fruits (to ease the heavy meal). Will go back again cos' it's sooo great! (:

So then was Halloween, and the staffs dress up in Halloween costume with decos for us to snap pictures with. (:

More food to come. Really, someone stop me. Nov and Dec are months of great celebrations and events, but really, it's too much right!? HAHA.

I definitely want to try many other buffets like kiseki, mandarin meritus and so much more, though I miss the ones in goodwood and carousel and many others too. Well, I should have different eating gangs so we can go enjoy food every where! :D Not forgetting food away from buffet era, like Paradise Dynasty, Mong Kok, and am looking forward to coming Saturday's slurps! (: Oh and where is that chocolate fondue again!? Me want that too. There's soooo much to list! DANG! SO SINFUL BUT I LIKE! hees food makes me happy

Remember the LANEIGN sleeping pack I posted a while ago? It's not bad I think. Haven't caught the real advantage of it, I guess I had brighter and smoother skin, but anyway I just enjoy using it. (: Got the urge to get hold of everything about LANEIGN. Go try it!

Need some retail therapy. After combing town, I only gotten a pair of shoes. Better than nothing but it's not enough!

Congrats on sis's graduation! I rushed down to Raffles Place after work just to take snapshots with her in the grad robe yall know. Very nice of me. hees. and I'm just playing with that mortar board. hees. Feels good to wear it though i'm not graduating yet. HAHA. soonn though!

And sis grad was on Tuesday, my K2 children's graduation is today! Two days straight graduation I attended. Fun fun. It's a happy feeling. hees. So these K2 children were the first class I taught so I had deep ties with them LOL. Well, I love them as much as they love me (: So this year's stage deco was done by my branch. All the stars and candies for the theme 'Let's Celebrate'.

I'm super proud to see my children dance on the stage. Finally after months of hardwork to train, this day has come. Sure they enjoyed it. Hundred eyes watching them on the stage feels great right (: and I love their beautiful costumes! SO CUTE yeoo! & the part where children spot you among the audience and shout your name, smile and wave at you, was just fantastic. hees. And it's heartwarming that parents wave and smile when they see you. They were like come take a picture with Ms Chua and woots really happy! (: Then this father I admire, I mean he is that kind of model father I like hahaha. He's really friendly and asked if I am still working in the childcare and said that he watched me grew when it was only merely 2 years or so? Can't help feeling excited when he said that! LOL can't express my excitement and joy with words. wheeee!

Yups! again proud of these candies done by me and others in the childcare. Spent days on these. (: It looks nice right! haha.

High Tea in Coffee Lounge @ Goodwood Park Hotel after K2's graduation! Though it's just a handful of teachers going, it's still good. I enjoyed it! The food is good though there's not much variety. I think it's still worth it. There's mee siam, laksa, some dimsum, deserts, otah, chicken wings, etc. Their chicken wing damn nice! $33 after gst! Took peekas in the hotel. Nice ambience. Here's some of them.

When I saw Movenpick I was damn high! MOVENPICK man but the one I tried few years ago was much better.

Had a mini getaway to Batam last week. Four of us went and it was all our first time there. Stayed in Harris Resort and the people were quite friendly. I was actually worried about communicating over there but it wasn't that bad, people we talked to knew english, or at least hand signs were useful enough.

They have very nice Kueh Lapis! The nicest I've tried so me and sis got home some and bought extra for others to try too! (:

Well, our lunch in Batam City Square. We were at a restaurant called something like GADENO. Wanted to have bakso initially but after that quarrel with retarded people there, we had more awesome food. (: The cheesy garlic bread taste really good! Their mee goreng, laksa and fried rice is equally nice!

& we played bowling there. Have to get their socks and rent the shoe which was like ewk. Their new socks were kind of old so we threw it away after using them, and the shoes look torn and tattered. ):

I haven played bowling for how many donkey years so as expected. The ball rolled to the side for countless times. But am proud to say, I did strike for once or twice okay. HAHA (nothing to be proud of)

Dinner buffet in the hotel itself. Singapore's food way better I would say (except for the Gardeno place).

Fun to have two rooms connected cos we could walk right in to the next door like anytime we like. hees.

Look at the spread! It reminds me of the time I had in Boston. Everyday's breakfast was like this for almost the whole 5 weeks stay. I miss Boston! :/ Breakfast buffet was better than the dinner buffet the night before. (:

So here we went for Nagoya's shopping mall. The last stop before we need to head home. 2 days pass very fast.

Had Baskin Robbins there. Happy hour so we got 1-for-1. If you don't already know, Clementi mall has Baskin Robbins too! (:

Ferry back home. Sat at the top to enjoy the sea breeze hitting on my face. I like! geez!

The Batam stay was alright, nothing much to do actually, plus that unpleasant experience with the indo people there. Makes me mad. But anw, I wouldn't go to Batam again unless for special reasons (for kueh lapis? lol) cos there's really nothing much to do. Good company with sis, cousin, and sis's friend. It can be relaxing though. (:

I just found out a place called Port Dickson nearby Singapore also good for getaway. Should go there one day. But so many other countries I wanna go to too! Zoomf!

Haven't get in touch with the virtual world for quite some time and here I am showing up after being missing for some weeks. School semester ended and I'm in this long 3 months holiday. Working still, meaningfully using my time. hehs though I would really like to do something different but already promise to work there during the hols. Want to do other things so badly! Venture out venture out! Like I wanna go on an adventure. :D Oh so the last semester will begin in January, last lap of my college life. Wondering if I will get back to study years later. Well, we will see. I'm kind of anticipating what will I do in future, what's gnna happen and all, but I know. Take things slowly as it comes. But seriously, why can't I foresee the future. hahaha. okok I know I know!

Caught Smurf, Friends with Benefits, Fright Night and Real Steel recently. Anymore? I would say they are really nice! Fright Night was soso as compared to the other three. I don't usually have a fancy for cartoons or anything like that. Just a few which I like, but not go gaga over. So no stuffed toys on my bed. Mum doesn't like those too, complaining of their fur and blahs. haha. Smurf is cute though. :D

Real Steel is super nice so you ought to watch it while it's still hot in the cinema! (: Serious! I can't express how good that show is, but it's just awesome! & that little boy's eyes is so mesmerizing! (:

Last week I drove to Westcoast with my friends and was super garang. It was crazy cos we made big detours, and even drove to Queensway. -.- haha it's so bad so spent lots of time figuring out the way and them trying to study the GPS. Luckily there was no traffic police else I sure kana demerit. hahaha luckily nothing happen phew* oh and we met drunk people there. lol

Maybe the right person you met at the wrong time.

I'm so happy to have those relationships that remain close even if we don't contact each other often, and the bond is still there. No awkwardness at all. That is awesome. (: Youdabest! Thank you for you.

oh and there's this new funny scene in the childcare.
One of the teachers taught my first class when they moved up to K2, and then they kept asking for me when I'm not around, say I'm pretty or things like that. And the teacher was jealous hahaha.
So she asked the children if she is beautiful or me, and the children say me. Then the teacher say okay then we don't go outdoors. HAHA. and the children all pointed to her say "you! you! you!" what a great change of answer. then the teacher ask the same question again. The childen was like saying Ms Chua Ms Chua! And when the teacher say okay we go back to class, the children quickly say nonono! Teacher M is beautiful! HAHA and then the children turn to me and secretly say "Bluff one! Ms Chua we bluff one!" and say "Ms Chua is pretty!" HAHA
I find it super funny the way they react. :D

Why is Johnny English named Johnny English? The name don't seem attractive but apparently the show seems good. Maybe after catching it I will understand why hahaha.

Wow! So eggcited about the super short getaway to Batam. geez. It's just batam I know but I need a getaway mahh.

I almost lost my phone that day and it gave me a big scare. I searched frantically, and instantly felt lost and really down. Also angry at myself for being careless. Can't afford to lose my phone again seriously. ): I wouldn't know what to do, everything is precious in there. A new one won't make up for the old one. Luckily for friends who also came to help search and made me less worried. And in the end, the phone was found by another friend. Thank god.

Final assignments are kicking in, I woudn't say it's exactly busy, just feel really slack about it. Got to force myself to do it. Chai Yun where's your push?

Hello you! I'm pondering what I should do after graduation next year. In april. Yes. Time flies so I'm beginning to think about it now. I have two plans now.

One, go work in other places not related to teaching, probably office work or any other interesting jobs to gain experience and widen my circle and then join back to early childhood field after one or two years, or when it's time basically.

Two is none other than going into teaching and gaining experience, climbing up the ladder to master early childhood hahaa nahh!

Yes, so how?! What do you think? Tell me about it. Give me advice. Tyvm.

Oh and I just found out my house have at least five bottles of Gordon Bleu apart from other alcohol. It was collected slowly since young but you know I just learnt about GB recently so yea. haha. woots!

And my K2 children are graduating in a month's time. I wanna make something for them for keepsake. They were my first class, I'm gnna miss them dearly. Shall start soon else I won't be able to finish in time! DIY yo!

Oh yea, I realised I haven't been posting pictures for some time. Got to exercise my camera soon. Well, here's the crepe from Bugis Upstairs which is worth the try. They gave a generous serving of delicious cheese and stuffs! (: $3.90!

Happy again! My sleeping mask is finally here. Wanted to get bio essence one cos I tried the sample and it's not bad really, but friends suggested Laneign since my sis went Korea, so I got her to buy that for me. YAY! It's cheaper over there than in sing! (: I will try it and see if it's good. Just tried it for the first time! Will update if I can remember. Just hope I won't be lazy to care for my face. geez. She got me a eyeliner and a top too. Overjoyed! :D

And she bought loads of mask. Like a huge stack of it. Mask stocked up! haha.

Class at Jurong Bird Park was something different, though it's for our assignment purporse. The penguins made my day! They were so cute! (:

Teacher's day is another special day this week. I just joined back working in the childcare less than a month ago and the children got teacher's day present for me. How thoughtful and sincere. Felt so much love when they all gathered outside the kitchen door and called out to me, all reaching out their gifts for me. Sweet!

Then my principal told me that a boy got for every teachers fabric colourful flowers, and I was the only one who got a look-like-real rose. I love rose. How did he know? haha. So the principal asked him why, and he was a shy boy when comes to this, so he replied 'Because I want to marry her'. Bees are crowding around me seriously. So that's a proposal rose? hees. I have too many marriage proposals in the childcare. But they will never come true though it's really sweet. No real ones, hehs. But it's another happy day. (:

I want to buy running shoes and swimming suit. Waiting for my pay first. Uhhh..

Can I go for a year-end holiday? Need a getaway.

Do you love me? was the hardest question I had to answer. I learned to lie to myself: that anyone desperate to believe me when I said Yes were asking to be fooled, that I had lost myself to weariness and no longer believed in love, let alone believe it could last.

Like disheartened kind of feeling, it's true in a way but I refuse to believe that true love won't exist. Too much of a positivism but it's more of a contemplation. Every relationship is the same, it's what you do that's different. Learn to treat each other right and tell them how you feel, making efforts to keep the relationship going. Life is short, be happy, be truthful to yourself and others.

I got this very strong urge to travel, just let me go on a short holiday and I will be more than happy seriously. So many of them have been travelling and I envy them! I wish there won't be school tomorrow. Oh and I'm so going to cut down on unhealthy lifestyle cos I feel guilty each time. lols. I hold three jobs but I don't look like I am. Haha! I drove to Selegie with the girls one night and I feel so proud. Lucky for them else I won't make it there. (: I love the way children kiss, the way they hug your legs like they need you and you feel really loved. They are the best cos' they express their emotions freely. Just be yourself, be yourself with me.

Here's a story I chanced upon on fb. Though it's long, but it's a meaningful one. It was first instinct to share this! (:

MARRIAGE

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly.
She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.
She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.
She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully.

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outsidethe door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.
On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.
I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.
Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.
My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband....

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

I just finished watching 'Love You' and it never fails to make me tear. Dramas like this always make us believe that fairy tale exists, or prolly hoping that they do. It's not impossible in some people's lives, maybe it's just how you look at it, and that fate plays a part.

Weeks ago I was really slack and can literally die from boredom. Now busy-ness kicks in, or maybe new life starts. New start on a brand new chapter. But I still feel really lazy. Like today, monday blues and lack of sleep. hees. But I had a fulfiling week! Haven't said this for a long time, live life to its fullest! (:

Sis is flying to korea for ten days late this week. Super shiok. I wish I could go too!

I wanna travel around the world!

Nobody to share the bedroom and sleep with me for that period already!

ohwait, why are there ants crawling on my laptop screen!?!? Mad*

Too much slacking days and I'm getting tired of feeling bored. But I know many people can't wait to have so much time like me. I know I know I will grumble when I'm too busy too. It's just cause the grass looks greener on the other side. (:

Hooray that I went cycling that day with melly! We cycled for more than an hour and yes my legs did get tired but I'm waiting for muscle ache to happen the next day BUT IT DIDN'T EH!? Why!?!? I didn't cycle hard enough eh? But I cycled till like changi? Right? And I didn't exercise for god knows how long. haha. Try harder next time.

Timbre had such long q that I ended up having super late dinner at Watami @ Central that night. Quite yummy food. (: Love the ramen soup. I kept having late night dinner nowadays. What's happening!

Thanks to bo, she almost murdered me! I was drinking water and she knee me from behind and I suffered from that want to laugh and want to swallow moment for a few minutes. Torturing. Sue you for manslaughter. boo!

Seeing the children really makes my day. Been long since I last felt light and happy. They show you they care and love you even though you are not going to be there always, they have emotional times too, but it's just simple things that makes them happy. They have genuine smile, and that is priceless.

I'm so going to watch my K2 children's graduation concert in October. They are my first class of children and time flies, I watched them grew, they will soon be graduating and moving on to primary schools, to discover more of life, to learn and gain more.

They said they wanted to marry me, I know it won't come true but it's still super sweet can. And one of the boys very nice! I asked him if he will marry me when he grow up, knew what he told me? He say when he grew up, I would have grown old, so can't marry me. So nevermind, I told him, I old already still pretty not? And he said yes. So I say okay, pretty can already loh! But he say nononono~ hahhaha. And then our conversation goes to him taking care of me. LOL.

So much has been going on, messed up, screwed up life, what else. July is not a great month, but it taught me a valuable lesson. Why did this lesson had to be an exchange for the lost of someone? Is this fair? Must we gain one and lose one? Can't I get enlightened and apply that value at the same time without that exchange? Is it too late to realize these? Life has its second chances. Do I not? After all that happened, all my feelings, doubts, my uncertainties, everything was brought to light. I began to understood everything. I can't deny that I'm the biggest fool who made that mistake. Thoughts, tears, trying, tired. Maybe life has its plan, maybe everything happened for a reason. I lose.

Sometimes we have too much questions, but the answers come when we stop asking.
Reality bites.
Lots of what ifs.
What if I took that chance you gave me.
What if I did not made that decision.
Nobody said it would be easy. But nobody ever said it would be this hard.
You can laugh at me, I can blame myself for this.
Almost speechless.
Life played a trick on me. A big one.

Here's my weekend right after my return from Boston. I'm missing life in Boston minus all the other rubbish things that happened, the kind of environment minus freaking hot or cold weather, and just cos it has already been a part of my routine for five weeks, I need to get my routine set in reality now.

There, I wake up early, like 7 or 8 in the morning everyday, eat that same but hearty breakfast, went for class or shop or grocery shopping, then gather in my room for dinner and chatting, and slept after midnight.

Now, I wake up early too, but have nothing to do. Spells boredom. Though I have to do anecdoctal record for my project, i'm plain lazy to do that. ):

My sleeping hours are still okay. Just that I still wake up early here despite having nuts to do. And my stomach is screwed up. Like yesterday, I don't get hungry the whole day till I went for my nap, so I skipped breakfast and lunch and just had dinner. I want my hunger back! Maybe cos over there I only had breakfast and dinner. Dang!

Still some more loots to give when I meet the rest.

Yay! Happy for coach bag, wristlet and some other stuffs I got, and I just transfered my cards to my new Kate Spade wallet. Wanted Gucci in the first place but there they don't have the colour I wanted, so it shall hang on for a while. Got to use Kate fully before getting another one. (: The other two is for mummy and sis! (:

Bens & Jerry here! Thought it's really much more expensive than over there.

HELLO PEEPOS! I'm back at home and was waving goodbye to Boston some days back. Miss the days there already. Ding Dang Dong. But I'm happy the first person I saw when I'm out is him. Cheerios. & unpacking luggage is a super tedious thing to do. Messed up my floor and took quite some time to hang and pack my clothes, place things in order and sort them out for different people. Like a santa claus all over and I can't wait to pass everyone their stuffs. Already met up with some lovelies! geez. My room is still full of bags. Happy with my loots! (:

I need to treat the outbreaks on my face. Urgh! Why did it happen man.

Last day in Boston

Hello you all! Five weeks just flew by and it's time for me to get back home. I'm missing home so am anticipating to get back. So flash me your brightest smile when you see me. (: It's like 7 hours to set off to the airport, 12 hours to get up the flight, 20 over hours to reach home. The hours are counting. Aren't you excited to see me home?! I'm spamming a long post about what I did here. Just some of it cos if I were to write everything I do, I doubt I can finish in time for the flight. haha.

Here we went to President Jackie's place for a reception and was awed by the huge house. I think their apartments are superb. Like semi-detach.

She is our awesome teacher. She got a fan club cos she's quite man and really cool.

I've fallen in love with daisies. Pretty flowers. Sunflowers and roses are beautiful too!

Yay, we went to Revere Beach and they have really fine sand. It's like a sunny day with cold wind. Collected seashells and saw seagulls and dead little crab. I wish we have such fine sand in Singapore. But the weather here is too fluctuating. Like when we first came, we had super cooling weather, then really cold days, followed by hot and sunny day, then some raining days, and it keeps changing non stop. Nowadays i'm melting and kind of feel myself tanned.

We had a trip to our ex-lecturer's house and the journey was long. Over an hour with the bus, but I enjoyed the ride truly. We sat on yellow school bus, like those in magic school bus. And we opened the windows so the wind just hit on my face on the highway. Nice feeling I wish the highway never ends so I can continue to sit in there and get into deep thoughts.

& again, the house is superb! They have a grassland right behind the house, with pretty flowers and soft sand. Can't help taking jump shots and taking pictures with the flowers, much less lying on the patch of grass. teeeheees.

She's a great teacher!

If I never ate lobster here, I will leave with regret. We went to Legal Seafood and had lobster meal! YAY! It's great and the service is good. Two of us shared a meal and they were so kind to spilt those into half so we seemed like we're eating a set each. Shiok much. It's really cheap here too! I spend only 20ish near to 30 usd for that. m happy! :D

And they got Cheesecake Factory here so I got a piece of Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake since I've been craving for cheesecake before I left for Boston. Their cheesecake is really high in standard. The best cheesecake I tasted ever. Like $8usd a piece. yeahman!

& did I mentioned that I watched Transformer here? Yes I did, the cinema is more of less the same, but they have super long advers and it's free seating.

Yups, and later I'll be having Bens & Jerrys' Ice Cream! Must have before I leave here.

I am looking forward to savouring all local food. Enough of instant and microwavable ones!

Ready to get home to unpack luggage and get some well deserved sleep and meet up with you lovelies. It has been a while. Really amazing. It's like a new chapter in life I'm gnna start. hehes.

I haven't updated my playlist since I came here so you people should send me some real soon!

Shit, I remembered what I wanted to share and I forgotten all about it already. !!!

Besides that, I just collected my laundry from the dryer and it feels so warm and nice. & I packed my loots all in my luggage already. It's full, flowing out already! Got to use my 1/3 space from the extra luggage already. Wanna buy so much more. I wish i'm rich! okay enough.

OH YEAH! okay I remember! Today was the happiest time here cos we went to childcare visits again, and this time I get to play with the children! I feel so happy seeing them and they are such sweeties. How adorable. Plus, they are like infants and toddlers. There's one who is only 3 months old, and she keeps crying so I tried means to stop her cry. (: & looking at their smiles just make me melt from inside out. There's a really cute boy who keeps walking to me, put a fireman cap on my head, and he just walk towards me and lean on me giving the cheekiest smile ever. MELT totally! (:

Whatever shit that happens.

Counting down to 15 days before I'm back in Singapore. Here, it's like a long holiday away from home, building more independcy and becoming more resilient in life. It's like living by yourself or some friends, without anybody more to be present with you. No doubt I enjoy the days here, I miss home too. Been spending a lot, never so much before. Got to scrimp and save when I'm back till I got myself financially better.

Well, being away from home is one thing, living with people 24 hrs a day is yet another thing. I'm adapting well and good though there may be some cracks here and there, I am accepting the world of harsh reality.

Experiences make or break you. Not untill you have been through it yourself, you will never know how it is like.

Jason shared something which I think was really meaningful. He said that we bring nothing to this world, and we will bring nothing back. This is such a deep and meaningful thing which I thought I should share. Give it some thought.

It's the second week of stay here in Boston! Time flies like nothing. Miss being at home and being with people dearest to me, and the food!

There's a joke that happened here last week. I was looking at twitter and there's a clipart of an ant crawling so I told my friend as a matter of factly that there's an ant on my screen. She thought that the ant was real and tried to touched it. HAHA! I went on to trick the rest of my clique. xD

Assignments are duing next week, so got to focus on it already. It's a long weekend cos Fourth of July is their Independence Day, we got the day off for shopping (: , Wrentham trip is coming Saturday! and assignment ): .

School work has been okay so far, but today was more adventurous than the past few days that we had to run to a park nearby the school called the Muddy River. It was raining today and really got our feet sort of muddy, just a lil bit. Went to collect river water for some experiment, stepping on goose poos, holding friend real tight making sure she don't fall in cos I can't swim, running around for some race with time!

There are a few places I wanna go to for the rest of the stay here:

1. Wrentham Premium Outlet Store - 2 July

2. Newburry Street (went alrdy, but wnna go back again)

3. Eric Carle Museum (he's a great children's story writer)

4. Prudential Center

5. Franeuil Hall Marketplace (really excited to go there this weekend for their coach, and VS for more body lotion and moisturizer)

6. Chinatown

7. Some beach probably

8. Have lobster (probably next week for MS's birthday, they have really nice and cheap lobster I hear)

and will go to CVS (their kind of pharmay) and frequent visits to SHAW (their supermarket), and all.

Where else can we go?

Oh and I will say spending days here with the other five is great, we often gather in a room even when doing our own stuffs, we wear the same shampoo and soap smell, eat the same meals, do crazy things together and laugh insanely together. (: Lucky for them else I will probably be homesick! heehs.

The past few days we had all instant food, only a meal frm taco bell. Today we got roasted chicken to share! (: Guess we gnna eat out over the weekend. Instants are bad and yucky cos ytd we had one which tastes like dog food. eww. I wanna have some Bens and Jerry or Haagendaz soon! Teehees!

& I am proud of myself for being able to wake up without alarm (cos alarm din rang, I just fixed it). Like sleeping as early as 10.30pm and waking up at 7am. Healthy lifestyle eh?! (:

Well, the day at the airport was an interesting day where many people have mixed feelings about staying in a foreign land and leaving their loved ones. I saw tears of seperation anxiety, people telling each other 'don't look' and all sorts of couldn't-bear-to-part emotions. I didn't tear even though I could easily have cos I really don't wnna look all vulnerable and none of my grp members cried. haha. Of cos I am feeling those emotions where I don't wanna part VS I have to go. Glad I survived it! & the flight was super long, eat, sleep and kept gulping water. Landed in London and the LONG CHAMP was super cheap as compared to Singapore's. Limited colours though.

So far I am enjoying the days here, still exploring Boston. I love their architectual. Buildings look really nice and western. I love their laidback lifestyle too. So nice and relaxing. Met super friendly people, chanced upon weird ones, there are really nice sales assistants and really nasty ones (I havent experience it yet, my friend did). Shopped over the weekends.

Saturday we went to Cambridge at Lechmere, and Sunday we went to Newburry Street at Copley. I love shopping at these places and they're really awesome! Got stuffs from Victoria Secrets (undies and body lotions), Forever 21, Old Navy, H&M, and there are also Kate Spade, Levis, M.A.C., bebe, Wet seal, and the list goes on. I can't wait for more shopping, especially to the one at Wrentham Premium Outlet on 2July! It's gnna be good!

The weather here's great too. Cooling weather most days, like we're in naturally air conditioned place, and at times fluctuating weather where a bright sunny hot day becomes rainy day!

I love receiving whatsapps and tweets and facebooks from people. I feel belonged! Especially to facetime or viber bb. & I miss you guys! I gotta go sleep already! See you guys soon.

Tmrw's the day! Finally drawing nearer but I haven't feel the excitement of the trip yet. Probably later in the night, or tmrw, or at changi itself I will. But damn I caught the flu bug n I really hope it will go away. Don't wanna bring it over. ): Now I can't even think what I've left out. Dang!

& the travelling time is like 26 hours (including 6 hours of stopover at London). Freaking long flight.

Can you believe that I already packed most of the things in my luggage? I thought I will do it the last minute. Yesterday I did it, out of the blue I got a sudden urge to do it so there goes. Was at a lost at first, luckily jun reminded me about things I missed out. Laid everything on the floor and it was really messy. Ironed all the wrinkled clothes and packed them in zip locks.

Now I have two bags of big zip locks, one for school wear and one for casual-lazy-slacking-hostel wear. & it's all gnna be THROWN. plus two cardigans which will be THROWN too. I think I'm going to bring another long sleeve polkadot shirt but that's to be KEPT. What's left is a lanyard, wallet and pouches, inner wears, facial cleanser, electronic stuffs and chargers. Was actually thinking to bring my speaker over, but I think I will drop the idea, unless I wanna throw that at the end, else let it rest at home. hehehe.

Hais, so many things to throw cos I needed space for new buys. & the good thing is, after I packed, my wardrobe seems neater already. Yay for that! .. I will pack you in if I can.

Rare chance we could spend a whole day together, and probably, almost certainly, this is the last full day we gnna have with each other, till I'm back. I'm surely going to miss it real bad. urghhhh. Oh and we caught Hangover Pt2 and it was awesome! Quick go watch it, you should never never miss it, serious! Finally I tried Island Creamery's Mudpie and I feel like I'm getting fat. Boyfie chose blackforest scoop and it tastes great with a tinge of alcohol taste. slurpp it baby.

Pre-SIP camp is a happening one. I couldn't count the number of stunts I did and the amount of laughters we had throughout the day. I came back home with a tired mind and some bruises on my hands and knees and chest. My group was the first team to complete the adventure activity, so you see how we ran around the campus. That explains my muscle aches. & look at the picture above. We drew it with our legs with Feline's lead! & we were the best team with the best picture! So proud! Of cos some other games we didn't make it best. Anyway, there wasn't any prizes, just plainly satisfaction from our hardwork! (:

X-Men First Class was for me 3.5 popcorns out of 5. I'm expecting Hangover 2 to be better. (: Gnna catch it before I leave for Boston, I hope!

The bad thing is that my heart is feeling the pain now. The pain that when you breathe, it hurts, when you move, it hurts, when you talk, it hurts, when you sneeze, clears throat, burp, exert force, it hurts, and when you laugh, it hurts too. Duh. What's really wrong with it seriously. I hope it gets okay by tmr, please.

I went for Tarafuku Lunch buffet for the second time at Somerset@313. It's still good but I missed out the delicious cookie. What a pity. Talking about this, I ate too much this holiday, and just last weekend I had steamboat over at 天下第一刷 along Sin Ming. The soup is nice, food was okay, the usual steamboat variety.

I think my heck care and rebellious attitude sometimes clashes with people who care too much about the unnecessary. .___.

Know what? It's 10 days to Boston. That's super fast and I'm really not very prepared for the trip.

Finally I had a try at Holland V Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao Steamboat last Friday with that mix bunch of friends. I think Lao BeiJing's dim sum buffet is better, probably cos I don't have a fetish for steamboat, but cos' it's really quite ordinary to me. We spam the xiao long baos, like at least 13long of it. :D

We headed to Haagendaz for fondue after the steamboat and saw the familiar manager whom the three of us worked together with few years back. He was generous to give us 3 complimentary scoops of ice cream plus 30% off the bills and Haagendaz vouchers. Thanks Rowell. (: He's a nice guy!

& my shoe gave way on the way home. Wore for like a month only. -.-

I'm waiting to receive my parcel. The first shoe I bought online. yewps!

Been staring at the screen for hours and I haven't gotten down to serious work. My mind and heart don't seem to cooperate with each other. Not a productive Sunday. BAD. I hope later will be better. No sense of urgency that I left with only two weeks to complete the two assignments and a resume, minus the time needed for packing luggage, one-and-a-half-day camp and last two days of work, combing IT show from 9th onwards for lappy, plus hanging out with friends and him, and some administrative preparatory work to get ready for the modules to study in Boston. Dang! I know it's going to get busier as the days pass but I'm angry I'm still well slacking here. Give me a punch.

Some plans in mind for the trip:
- Masking once every week
- Milk spamming if it's affordable
- Music in my ears at night (probably emo nights)
- Specially waking up early or staying up late to whatsapp and facetime or viber with you guys
- Shopping spree (not to be missed!)
- Photos, eating, doing assignments, sleeping, blahblahblahs are basic and essential that I don't think I need to talk about
- (still thinking...)

Whenever I chance upon posts about people feeling negative and despondent, I wish I can help lessen their nasty feelings. ._____.

The greatest change recently is him entering into my life where I spend my moments with one more important person. I enjoy being with him, seeing his stunts and drama acts which I never knew him to be like that, and love how I can be myself around him. If you ask, I really have no idea if this will work out eventually or if we will still be together in future. It's too early to say, and I have a big question mark on my mind, or why don't you tell me what you think? I wish I knew what the future will be like. Dang. But I will say the times we spend together is real.

Time is tickling away and it's slightly less than a month to Boston. That's the major thing that's going to happen in the coming month so yes you have been hearing too much of it. Bear with me.

I'm anticipating and at the same time, I foresee that I will miss home and everyone too much. Well, I guess I better prepare myself for all sorts of mood that might take over me over the five weeks. The worst scenario I can imagine is seeing myself breakdown and cry, I hope not? Else at the most, if emotions creep in, I will plug in music in my ears to calm myself to sleep at night. That's what I normally do if I emo at night. Luckily that don't usually happen. (:

I bought a 25" luggage at awesome price. It's Hush Puppies at $105. They have a promo, so great! The other design and colour that I wanted doesn't have the size I want so there goes.

I am controlling my urge to splurge now but I just can't help it when I shopped last weekend. Saw too many pretty pieces and especially rompers. Never ever seen so much nice ones before but that day I saw 4. Straight. & I got two of them, and that's not all. If I'm rich I will get them all. Okay, wait longer. & my dress arrived safely to my mailbox today. Plus I ordered a shoe and hopefully it looks as good as the picture shows. STOP SPENDING CCY. Spend some more and you have no more to spend in Boston! Ahhhhhh.....

I think it's really cheap cos it's like 2pm to 7pm at just 10bucks, and if I'm not wrong from 7pm to 12am too. Got to reg as a member at 5bucks though, but it's still alright. (: Call them to book! 6225 1231 (:

This semester's result is out. I'm satisfied with it and I never got such grades in gpa-related studying years. (: That's the good thing but I haven't touch any of the assignments yet. This is bad.

Suntanned the other day. Happy to get on the swing. Sad that I din get to ride the bicycle.

I was tired the whole day at work. Can fall asleep immediately, if i can.

It's one of such days that emotions creep on me. It's been some time, so sadistically to say, I'm enjoying this feeling. I don't feel like talking, don't feel like doing anything, don't feel like thinking, but actually I will want to think about it. It's hard to bring it across, but likely I will when I know how to. It shouldn't turn out this way but it did and it's puzzling me. Pondered for a while but couldn't get an answer. I guess there are things I need to sort out. I feel like something is missing and it's kind of weird. Probably there are more we need to know and do.

They say what's meant to be will always find a way, but what is it that really meant to be. Probably it's not about how long it can stay, but how real the moments are. That's more important.

We should be more than we are. And tell me why, everytime I find someone that I like, we always end up just being friends (was listening to this song so and I feel like typing this out).

Second buffet of the week

It's been a long time since the four of us hanged out together. Good old days. Celebrated ly's super belated birthday. Her birthday's on 25 April and we only celebrated it a few days ago. Bravo.

Buffet at Tarafuku. They serve really nice food you know. It's one of the best Japanese buffet I ever had. They have chinese food like pork, fried rice and Italian food like sphagetti.

I love the ramen, the tofu, chawanmushi, green tea, the macaroon-alike thing, and the missed out ice cream! Damn. Missed out having the ice cream and off we went out of the shop. They have cookies and cream there you know!? My favourite ice cream there and yet I didn't try it. Argh. They are the few who serves cookies and cream ice cream, most buffets don't serve c&c! ):

& know what, the macaroon-alike thing is really nice. I am missing it. Want to have more of it!

Now that I'm talking about food, my stomach is empty again. Stomach, you got to get a life!

It was a dissapointment that only 5 of us turned up instead of 10. Nevertheless, it was great. $37+ per pax cos there's a 1-for-1 promo till June. Most of the cards have that promo except for CIMB. So quick go!

I need more songs. When I'm at Boston, friends you gotta send me daily dosage of songs to add to my playlist lest I suffered too much from homesick.

Two buffets in a week and more eatouts now. I want to try Carousel's buffet next. Chai Yun please don't get fatter. Slimming center!?
